Life Coaching
The up-stretched arms in my logo and this photo, symbolize opening to and celebrating life. No doubt there are difficult twists and turns as we navigate our life journey. Fortunately, the ability to keep beginning anew and consciously creating the best life possible, are skills that can be developed.
Through life coaching, we come to understand ourselves better, thereby helping is figure out what we need to do to transform our life. The process is deceptively simple. As a life coach, I help you define areas where you’d like to create change, and guide you on the journey to discover your personal obstacles and find ways to move forward. I offer my non-judgmental presence, listening deeply and asking you questions to help you discover the direction that’s right for you.
I have to admit, after years of giving advice, the transition to giving a coaching client plenty of space to create their own agenda and find their own answers, has been eye-opening for me. The thing is, when we look inside our own mind and come to our own a-ha moments, our discoveries have to power to transform our life. And when the motivation to change comes from deep within, this change can be easier than we ever imagined.
When we enter a coaching relationship, we’ll meet regularly, initially setting goals for the two to four months we’ll work together. We talk every week or two, by Zoom or phone, examining what’s coming up as you work towards what you’ve decided you want to achieve. The time in between sessions is as important as the meetings themselves, as this is when you get to put into practice your new thoughts and behaviors.
To get started, let me know you’re interested through the Contact page. We’ll set up a discovery call to talk further about what coaching is, give you a taste of coaching and if you decide to go ahead, set up a package that works for you.
